Kyiv open to all initiatives

The Ukrainian side is ready to agree to any ceasefire scenarios proposed by international mediators. This was stated by Georgiy Tykhy, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Unconditional cessation of hostilities

According to the diplomat, Kyiv confirms its readiness for a full and unconditional ceasefire along the entire front line.

In addition to the land front, Ukraine also supports the idea of a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea. This agreement is to be reached with the mediation of Turkey and Egypt.

Energy and food security

Furthermore, Ukraine is ready for a ceasefire in the energy sector and a food ceasefire with the mediation of India.

Separately, Kyiv agrees to an energy ceasefire with the mediation of the United States.

Moscow's position

It was previously reported that Russia rejects all proposed ceasefire options. To end the war, the Russian Federation demands the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Donbas.
