The Agency for the Recovery and Management of Assets (ARMA) has begun preparing a competition to select a manager for the seized property of Volitsia-Agro LLC. This company is linked to former Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solskyi, who was previously exposed for participating in a scheme involving the fictitious sale of grain worth 63 million UAH.

What is included in the seized assets

The movable and immovable property of the company, located in Kyiv Oblast, is being prepared for the competitive selection. One of the key assets is a grain storage facility with a capacity of up to 60,000 tonnes, situated on a 4-hectare plot of land.

The property complex also includes:

  • administrative buildings, workshops and warehouses;
  • a weighing station and a transformer substation;
  • a grain storehouse and a sawmill;
  • former livestock infrastructure facilities, specifically cowsheds, pigsties and a calf pen;
  • other production and utility structures.

In addition to real estate, the list of seized assets includes wheat grain stored in the silos of the elevator, as well as vehicles, including cars.

Geography of the property location

The assets of Volitsia-Agro LLC are located in the city of Bila Tserkva and the villages of Yablunivka and Dmytrivka in Kyiv Oblast. Currently, ARMA is preparing the aforementioned assets for the competitive selection of a manager.

Other cases of asset transfer under management

ARMA announced a competition to manage the property of the "NASH" TV channel, which previously belonged to pro-Russian politician Yevhen Murayev. This concerned the technical resources of the TV channel, seized on the basis of a ruling by an investigating judge of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv. Assets of three companies were put up for competition: "Nasha Praha", "NASH 24" and "NASH 365".
