Zakharchenko accuses Eka Zguladze of corruption and smuggling cash

Vitaliy Zakharchenko made an absurd statement accusing Deputy Interior Minister Eka Zguladze of smuggling a large sum of money out of Ukraine in her hand luggage, and consequently, of corruption.

According to the initial version, Zguladze attempted to smuggle a suitcase containing 14 million dollars out of Ukraine via Boryspil Airport to France. However, apparently realising he had greatly exaggerated, Zakharchenko reduced the amount to 4 million dollars.

However, even this version is hard to believe. Four million dollars, even in $100 bills, weighs 40 kilograms and occupies a volume of over 50 litres. In other words, the slender Eka Zguladze, who is in the final months of her pregnancy, could not possibly have carried such a suitcase.

It is worth noting that this version is actively being spread on social media by the well-known member of the Party of Regions, Yelena Bondarenko. This only confirms the implausibility of the accusations.
