Warning. New type of fraud

New fraud schemes are uncovered almost every month.

 This time, a scheme has been exposed in which unscrupulous individuals, presenting fake decisions from several Ukrainian courts that operated in temporarily occupied territories, seize other people's property. 

It is likely that the fraudsters are using forged or stolen seals and stamps to produce counterfeit decisions aimed at altering property rights.

In this way, criminals attempt to seize others' property: land plots, apartments, houses, and other real estate objects belonging to both legal and natural persons.

Similar cases have already been identified in Odesa, Kyiv, and other cities in Ukraine.

Law enforcement officials urge the public to immediately report such incidents to the SBU or by calling 102.
