Techiia IT holding owner Oleg Krot linked to drone supplies for Territorial Defence Forces

Oleg Krot, owner of the Techiia IT holding and accused of $35 million fraud, is also the owner of several companies involved in supplying drones to the Territorial Defence Forces of Ukraine. This information was revealed through the Opendatabot platform.

According to the information, Krot is the beneficial owner of LLC "Kalver Technologies" and LLC "Kalver Action", which are engaged in the production and supply of drones. The company was founded by the British firm Culver Aerospace Uk Ltd, with Krot and his partner in the Techiia holding, Yuri Lazebnikov, being its main owners.

Additional shares in the company belong to several individuals: a nominee owner of a Russian casino (10%), as well as Kolyubaev, Kiryuchenko (5% each) and Alexander Danilenko (10%), whose startup ITEC became the basis for creating this business.

The companies within the group specialise in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles and provide aerial photography services. Their products, in particular the SKIF drone, were purchased for the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the United24 initiative and the "Army of Drones" project.
