Dubious deals with former MP in Odesa region

In Odesa region, the Vyzhir village council has drawn attention due to a suspicious public procurement scheme. Over the past three years, the administration has signed 50 contracts with former MP Oleksandr Naumenko for a total of 7.45 million hryvnias. The list of purchased items includes headstones, flagpoles and bus stops.

However, this is far from everything. The entrepreneur supplies the village council with virtually everything: from furniture and building materials to sports equipment and chess tables. In addition, he carries out repairs. Such versatility raises natural questions: why are all contracts signed with only one supplier?
