A 35-year-old member of a civil formation in Odesa has been detained for organising an illegal scheme to evade mobilisation. For $800, he registered men as members of his organisation, which allowed them to move freely even during curfew hours.

For those wishing to leave the country, the "activist" offered forged military documents marked as unfit for service. This service cost $9,000.

The man was detained at the moment of handing over an ID card for $800 and receiving $9,000 for the forged documents.
