Former head of Odesa Regional Territorial Recruitment Centre, Yevhen Borysov, detained in Kyiv
The State Bureau of Investigation detained Yevhen Borysov, the former head of the Odesa Regional Territorial Recruitment Centre, as he left the pre-trial detention centre, where he had been released on bail.
He has been charged with new offences, including obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and forging official documents.
