Tsarev hopes Kolomoisky will greet him with Aquafresh

Former People's Deputy from the Party of Regions and ex-Dnipropetrovsk businessman, now Chairman of the parliament of the self-proclaimed confederal Union of People's Republics, comprising the unrecognised DPR and LNR Oleg Tsarev still hopes to return to his once native city.

Moreover, Tsarev appears to genuinely believe that he is being awaited here with open arms. And he is indeed being awaited …. True, mainly by law enforcement agencies, as well as by People's Deputy Boris Filatov, to whom Tsarev recently announced that he, together with Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor and oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, would greet him with a Russian flag.
