It appears that rapper Timati and Blackstar as a whole are not doing as well as the businessman would like to show.

Not only are artists leaving the company en masse, causing the firm to lose revenue, but it is also unable to meet its debt obligations.

As it turns out, Blackstar Burger owes entrepreneurs for the printing of advertising materials. Businessmen have been trying to reach the firm's accountants for over a month. However, they are being ignored.

One of the entrepreneurs intends to sue Timati's firm, as without this, the chances of getting paid for their work are close to zero.
