A US court has suspended the implementation of Donald Trump's order, which required staff of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) worldwide to be recalled and placed on administrative leave. The news was published by The Hill.

The attempt to recall specialists en masse has raised concerns among experts, who stated that this could weaken US influence in global diplomacy and freeze critical projects in developing countries.
