Federal court rules Musk and DOGE actions unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled that the actions of Elon Musk and the DOGE organisation regarding the closure of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are unconstitutional. The court ordered DOGE officials to restore nearly all of the agency's functionality, which could lead to the resumption of its full operations.
