The leadership of the Russian Central Bank took bribes and participated in the embezzlement of 3.2 billion rubles by Ivan Miazin, the main shareholder of PromSberbank.

The funds were withdrawn through fictitious loans. Top managers of PromSberbank and Deutsche Bank executives Oleg Belousov, Boris Fomin, and Tim Wiswell participated in the fraud.

Igor Putin's "Russian Land Bank" and Anatoly Motylev's "Rossiyskiy Kredit" also participated in the embezzlements.
