Men with 'Donbass' number plates extort drivers near Mariupol

Near Mariupol, unidentified individuals in camouflage on a vehicle with "Donbass" number plates extorted passengers in all passing cars. The fraudsters demanded money from drivers, and many, fearing the armed men, handed over practically their last savings.
