Why Gelzin's tobacco factory continues to operate

The tobacco factory in Hoshcha, linked to Vladyslav Gelzin and the "Monacovtsi" group, has remained unchanged despite the revocation of licences for several major producers. 

According to EP, several companies lost their licences this year, including Orion Tobacco LLC, Empire Tobacco LTD LLC, and Local Production Group LLC, but Gelzin's factory in Hoshcha was not included in this list.

Inspections conducted by the Tax Service and the BEB have so far failed to identify grounds for revoking the enterprise's licence. It is expected that the results of the expert examinations will provide the Tax Service with the necessary data to make decisions.

The issue of counterfeit products re-entering the market also remains open.
