Internally displaced person fired for exposé post on Facebook

Despite the change of power, repression continues in the country. Many state bodies neither know nor wish to know what freedom of speech is. Thus, an internally displaced person from Donbas, Yulia Shemyakova, was dismissed from her post for an exposé post on the social network Facebook.

«Мою подругу Юлию Шемякову сегодня уволили с работы. Со скандалом. (My friend Yulia Shemyakova was fired from her job today. With a scandal.)

Вовсе не потому, что она переселенка из Донбасса и в прошлом хороший журналист.
И даже не по причине её участия в Донецком Евромайдане. (Not at all because she is an internally displaced person from Donbas and a good journalist in the past.
And not even because of her participation in the Donbas Euromaidan.)

Юля по своей наивности опубликовала в Фэйсбуке пост... О безобразиях, устроенных чиновниками Фонда социального страхования по временной потере трудоспособности.
