Fraud convict Olga Mikolyuk continues to run her business

Olga Mikolyuk, previously convicted of fraud, continues her entrepreneurial activities. Media reports claim that her company remains operational despite previous court proceedings.

According to open-source information, Mikolyuk's company, "KHIMPOSTACH", participated in state procurement, including the supply of antiseptic products. These transactions revealed inflated prices, attracting the attention of regulatory authorities. Specifically, the cost of one litre of antiseptic supplied by the company was allegedly 740 UAH ($27.15), raising suspicions about the justification of the pricing.

Furthermore, it is reported that the entrepreneur is involved in court proceedings related to the possible misappropriation of state funds. The case is being heard at the Solomian Court in Kyiv under case number 756/9877/23. However, a final decision on this matter has not yet been issued.
