Nova Poshta transports drugs

Today, the head of the Donetsk Regional Police, Vyacheslav Abroskin, voiced what had long been discussed among volunteers and ordinary people. According to the chief Donetsk police officer, the courier service Nova Poshta transports narcotics, stolen property, and even weapons.

 

«Among the residents of frontline cities in the Ukraine-controlled territory of Donetsk Oblast, there is a belief that the delivery service Nova Poshta facilitates the commission of crimes.

During today's meetings with residents of Konstantynivka, as well as recent interactions with residents of Avdiivka and appeals from residents of Krasnoarmeisk, many complained about insufficient inspection of parcels sent via the Nova Poshta courier delivery service. According to local residents, stolen property is sent via Nova Poshta , along with narcotics and other prohibited items.

I contacted the company's management and proposed holding a joint meeting with the heads of police units and Nova Poshta to prevent such incidents. The meeting will take place on 24 March.
