Around 100,000 Ukrainian sellers on Amazon, Etsy, eBay

According to Forbes, Ukrainian sellers are becoming increasingly prominent on international online platforms such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay. To date, approximately 100,000 entrepreneurs from Ukraine offer their goods on these major marketplaces.

Looking at the dynamics, in 2018 Ukraine already ranked in the top nine countries whose sellers exceeded the 10,000 mark on Amazon. By 2024, this number had more than doubled, surpassing 20,000.

The growth in the number of Ukrainian sellers on international platforms can be explained by several factors. First, the rapid development of e-commerce in the country, as well as increased trust in online trading among both sellers and buyers. Second, as the number of entrepreneurs grows, so does access to international markets, allowing Ukrainian businesses not only to expand the geography of their sales but also to draw attention to unique products that can only be found in Ukraine.
