Husband of deceased Inna Zhuk taken into custody

The driver of the car involved in the tragic road accident turned out to be Vladimir Bilevtsov, the husband of well-known blogger Inna Zhuk. The accident claimed Inna's life; she died at the scene. Their son sustained serious injuries and is under medical observation. The driver of the truck involved in the collision was also injured.

Investigations established that the incident occurred due to Vladimir Bilevtsov's violation of traffic rules. Yesterday, he was formally charged under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — "Violation of road traffic safety rules resulting in grave consequences".

Today, the court ordered Vladimir's detention for two months without the possibility of bail.
