Oleksandr Khomyak, the husband of Lesia Vasilenko, a People's Deputy from the Holos party, has found himself at the centre of a scandal after it emerged that he decided to profit from the current military conflict. 

In 2024, Khomyak acquired DRON SPACE LABS LIMITED, a company registered in the UK, which has since actively begun selling products worth millions of dollars. The core range includes electronic warfare systems, portable counter-drone systems, and other high-tech goods in high demand under wartime conditions.

The company actively participates in tenders and sells its products to state and private entities.

The website of DRON SPACE LABS LIMITED does not provide significant information about its owners or structure. The firm's official site lists only contact details — an email address. According to available information, the company's founder is the Polish firm "Dron Space", and the operational director is Maksym Sheremet, known as an employee of EPCENTR LLC.

However, the company's physical address raises questions. It is registered in Kyiv at 12 Hnata Khotkevycha Street, office 177. Another 272 companies are registered at the same address, a characteristic feature of mass legal entity registration in the capital.
