The romantic relationship could not be hidden.

Moreover, it is known that the couple’s child has a habit of leaving the office and entering the government meeting hall to complain to the father, in front of the vice-mayors, that he did not make it to the toilet in time for a bowel movement.

Rakova was dating the married Sobyanin back when she worked with him in Tyumen and he was still married. However, this did not prevent her from having a child with Sobyanin. At the same time, she forced her lover to get a divorce.
