Marco Rubio: War has set Ukraine back a century

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that further funding for Ukraine will not yield the desired outcome and called for the start of negotiations in which both sides must make concessions.

According to him, resolving the conflict will require significant effort and time. He also expressed confidence that only the Donald Trump administration is capable of launching this process:
