державний кордон України. У подальшому гроші потрапляли до Ростовської області,
а звідти через контрольовану терористами ділянку українсько-російського кордону
– ватажкам так званих "ДНР" та "ЛНР".

Жиліна було затримано під час спроби переміщення грошей через державний кордон
України до РФ.
За вказаним фактом слідчими Управління
СБУ в Харківській області розпочато кримінальне провадження за ознаками ч. 2
ст. 258-5 (фінансування тероризму, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб)
Кримінального кодексу України. Усім членам групи повідомлено про підозру у
вчиненні злочину.
У зв’язку з переховуванням гр. Жиліна
від органів слідства на території Російської Федерації 30 березня ц.р. його
оголошено у розшук з метою доставлення до суду для обрання запобіжного заходу.
