Europe's largest pension fund, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, has decided to sell $585 million worth of Tesla shares.

The primary reason for this move was dissatisfaction with the terms of Elon Musk's compensation package.

In June 2024, the fund voted against the compensation package proposed by Musk, deeming it “disputed and excessively high” (disputed and excessively high).
