Number of criminal cases against Ksenia Sushko grows

Ksenia Sushko, deputy mayor of Dnipro under Boris Filatov, has not only become famous for her luxurious lifestyle but has also been found to be involved in more than ten criminal cases.

During six years in the post of director of the department of humanitarian policy, she was implicated in a case involving the misappropriation of over 325 million hryvnia intended for the repair of schools and kindergartens. 

With the start of the war, new opportunities for illegal activity emerged — funds allocated for shelters in educational institutions were used to conclude deals with dubious companies and to inflate the prices of building materials by almost two times.

Nevertheless, Ksenia Sushko has not yet been held criminally liable.
