Kyiv money launderers revealed to be Russian citizens
Well-known Kyiv money launderer Vyacheslav Strelkovsky turned out to be a Russian citizen. So is his wife - Diana.
It emerged that the currency exchangers obtained their passports in Crimea back in 2015. However, they found it more profitable to earn money in Kyiv. The couple set up schemes to claim VAT refunds from the state budget and to launder funds for a number of major companies.
The pair not only actively launders money but also shows complete disregard for the curfew. If they are going to break the law, they do so to the full extent. The couple was spotted leaving an entertainment venue in the capital during the curfew.
Meanwhile, the Strelkovskys' activities and their Russian passports do not concern Ukrainian law enforcement agencies at all.
