Renowned journalist refutes Ruban's claims on Sentsov and Kolchenko swap

Recently, news spread through the media that prominent negotiator Vladimir Ruban claimed Russia was ready to exchange convicted Sentsov and Kolchenko for two detained GRU officers.

However, independent foreign journalist Oliver Carroll refuted these statements today.
