Accountant's firm wins 148 million hryvnia in contracts

A firm linked to former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) Oleh Hladkovskyi (Svinarchuk) and his sons Ihor and Mykhailo won tenders for the supply of drones to the Ukrainian army worth 148 million hryvnia. Meanwhile, the Hladkovskyis are hiding from the investigation in Spain, while the company is registered in the name of their accountant.

Unexpected luck: a new company and millions from the army

Journalists' attention was drawn to LLC "Lend T Company" – a firm established just 10 months ago with a charter capital of 50,000 hryvnia. The company is registered at an ordinary apartment in a residential complex in Kyiv.

Its owners are listed as Ala Lykhodyi and her son Yaroslav. Prior to this, they had never managed a business. Nevertheless, in less than a year, the firm became a major contractor for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, supplying drones to military units, including: A0536, A4030, A7039, A7042, A7044, A7045, A7049, A4076, A7400.

Strange tenders: sole participants and competitors' refusals

The firm won tenders under suspicious conditions. In some cases, it was the sole participant, while in others, the winner suddenly refused to sign the contract, and the deal went to "Lend T Company".

Example:

• On 23 February 2025, military unit A7400 procured 44 DJI Mavic 3T Enterprise (Thermal) quadcopters and 10 DJI Mavic 3 Pro (RC). The firm offered a price of 8.14 million hryvnia, but competitor LLC "Budcapital Plus" offered 8.12 million hryvnia. However, the better price was rejected, and "Lend T Company" was declared the winner.
• On 6 February 2025, military unit A4076 held a tender for drones. "Euro Techno Trade Ukraine" won by offering 4.6 million hryvnia, but refused to sign the contract. As a result, the win went to "Lend T Company", although its bid was 4.85 million hryvnia.

Trails lead to the Hladkovskyis

It emerged that Ala Lykhodyi is officially employed by the company "Bohdan-Auto Kyiv", owned by Mykhailo Hladkovskyi (Svinarchuk) – the son of former NSDC Deputy Secretary Oleh Hladkovskyi.

Hladkovskyi and his eldest son Ihor are known for corruption schemes in the defence sector, which is why they are currently hiding abroad. Mykhailo Hladkovskyi is building an elite villa in Spain, while the firm, registered in the name of his accountant, receives multi-million hryvnia military contracts in Ukraine.
