Yegor Maslennikov bought a Rolls-Royce Spectre with investors' money

Recently, we reported that 13 Ukrainians purchased luxury Rolls-Royce Spectre cars during the war. 

The "UP" investigation titled "Rolls-Royce Battalion" showed that one of the cars is registered to Olga Maslennikova, the wife of Kharkiv developer Yegor Maslennikov, who fled abroad. The vehicle, which was registered in Kyiv on 14 June 2024, crossed the western border the very next day and is now driving around Monaco.

The reason for buying the car in Ukraine is simple: no one asks about the origin of the money there. In Europe, the buyer would have had to provide documents confirming the legality of the funds. As a result, despite Olga Maslennikova's official income of 689,000 hryvnia and her husband's loss-making companies, the Rolls-Royce was registered in Kyiv.

Yegor Maslennikov is known as the owner of "Stroy City Development Group", which acquired the assets of controversial developer Maksym Mykytas. According to the latter, Maslennikov took these assets with the help of then Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova. Among them is a residential complex in central Kyiv with a yield of up to $20 million.

Maslennikov's closeness to Venediktova is explained by long-standing ties: his loan to the family of Yevhen Ustymentko, Venediktova's friend, was mentioned in declarations. Such "coincidences" allowed Maslennikov to enter the capital's construction market and then quietly disappear into Europe.

At the same time, Maslennikov is accused of fraud, illegal construction, document forgery, and failure to repay loans. Despite this, he continues to live in Monaco, enjoying luxury and remaining out of reach of Ukrainian justice.
