This is the result of an anonymous survey of company employees on the IT specialist platform Blind. Depending on the source, the proportion of millionaires among employees ranges from 76% to 78%. In addition, the wealth of hundreds of employees exceeds the $10 million mark.

These figures are impressive but require further clarification.

  1. This does not refer to a net salary of one million dollars. Nvidia employees are effectively partial owners of the company's shares, and at present, Nvidia is the second-largest company in the world by market capitalisation, valued at $3.6 trillion.

  2. The statistics include potential millionaires, as most employees hold not only shares but also options that cannot yet be sold.

This is an example of effective motivation — the company turns its employees into shareholders, thereby creating incentives for long-term success and growth.
