Russian army crosses border of Sumy Oblast

Russian troops have crossed the border of Sumy Oblast, with clashes continuing in the grey zone near the village of Novenke. This was reported by the analytical resource DeepState, although there is no official confirmation from Ukrainian authorities yet.
