Anastasia Rakova botched PR campaign in support of Sobyanin

Anastasia Rakova, the girlfriend of Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, botched a PR campaign in support of her lover, on which exorbitant sums were spent.

Money was paid to stars of the Russian show business for posting messages with specific hashtags on social media. It was on Rakova's advice that Sobyanin met with Ksenia Sobchak. During the talks, the mayor promised her a "fashion hub" and an "expert council". The role's remit will include censorship of Moscow fashion.

Meanwhile, Aysel Guseynova-Trudel, who resides permanently in Monaco and runs an online store belonging to Suleiman Kerimov, who was arrested in France, was responsible for the meetings.

Papin Aprayan, who is a relative of Emil Petrosyan, Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Science and Industry, also oversaw the issue. It is he who plans to utilise the budget of the future "fashion hub", which will amount to millions.
