The message did not come as a surprise to Valeulin's wife. She was aware of her husband's relationship with Alkhim, as well as his relationship with Slava Kaminskaya several years ago. Moreover, Daryna is personally acquainted with Alkhim.

At the same time, Valeulin's wife stated that if Alkhim had not brought the matter to public attention, the story would have remained between them.
