The cause was the publication of estimates of the value of her personal items and vehicles. Particular interest was sparked by the purchase of a Volkswagen ID.UNYX 06, the price of which exceeded 1.1 million hryvnia.

Valuation of jewellery and clothing

The publication focused on wardrobe items and accessories that, according to the authors' assumption, belong to Dunayevska. Among the most expensive items mentioned are Cartier brand products: a bracelet valued at $8,700 and a ring worth $9,350. Another diamond ring has a price range of $5,000 to $15,000.

The list also mentions:

• a Dukachi brand pendant worth 13,400 hryvnia;
• Max Mara clothing for approximately $600;
• a Bazhane jacket for 42,500 hryvnia;
• Balenciaga glasses for 17,000 hryvnia;
• an iPhone 17 Pro Max smartphone worth approximately 110,000 hryvnia.

It is worth noting that the prices cited and the attribution of items to specific brands require independent verification.

Details of the car purchase

The vehicle became a separate aspect of scrutiny. According to data from Dunayevska's declaration, in September 2025 she purchased a 2025-model Volkswagen ID.UNYX 06. The amount spent on this car is 1,126,760 hryvnia.

Questions about sources of income

The authors of the material raised questions about whether such expenditures correspond to the official income of the official and her family members. The issue was also raised as to whether these assets are fully reflected in the submitted declarations.

At the same time, the mere presence of expensive items does not indicate a violation. For an objective assessment of the official's financial status, a detailed comparison of the value of her assets with declared income, savings, and other assets is necessary.
