Statement by the occupation leader

On 30 September, local propaganda resources published a statement by the head of the "DNR", Denis Pushilin. In it, he claimed an improvement in the water supply situation in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region, while acknowledging that many problems remain.

Causes of changes and deadlines

According to Pushilin, significant rainfall led to the filling of reservoirs, allowing for the redistribution of available resources. He also reported ongoing work on laying water pipes and transferring water.

The occupation leader ordered that water be redistributed and water tanks added where it is not possible to repair the networks on an urgent basis by 10 October.

Instructions for enterprises

At the same time, Pushilin urged the "Voda Donbasu" enterprise to eliminate problems as quickly as possible where feasible.
