The number of inquiries from Ukrainians seeking work for a limited period has noticeably increased in the Polish labour market. Some labour migrants plan to stay in Poland for only a few months to earn funds for the winter and return to their homeland.

Current vacancies and income levels

According to the company, the most popular sectors remain warehouse logistics and manufacturing enterprises. For many candidates, the key criterion is the contract duration, which should last several months.

Financial terms for such positions range from $1,200 to $2,000.

Changing trends in the labour market

Gremi Personal emphasises that this trend indicates a shift in priorities. Ukrainians are increasingly preferring short-term projects rather than seeking options for permanent employment in Poland.
