Nikolai Baskov to marry

Famous performer and “Golden Voice of Russia” Nikolai Baskov is getting married. Contrary to expectations, the artist’s chosen one is not his girlfriend Sofia Kalcheva, with whom the singer had been in a long-term relationship. Nikolai Baskov proposed to famous model Victoria Lopareva.

The proposal was made in the presence of numerous distinguished guests. Ramzan Kadyrov posted a video of the proposal on his Instagram page.

Nikolai publicly stated that he has known Victoria for a long time and loves her “deeply”. Baskov expressed hope that he would be able to make the model happy. Victoria accepted the proposal.

The couple’s wedding is scheduled for 5 October this year and will take place in Grozny.

However, many are convinced that this is merely another publicity stunt. Rumours suggest that Nikolai Baskov is of a non-traditional sexual orientation. His previous marriage ended in scandal, resulting in Baskov being denied the opportunity to see his son.
