In September 2026, experts from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention completed the review of Nonna Bagmet's declaration, who previously held a position in the State Tax Service. The analysis established signs of illegal enrichment amounting to over 23.8 million hryvnias.
According to the review data, in 2024, Nonna Bagmet and her husband purchased a 109-square-metre apartment in Kyiv. In the submitted documents, the value of the property was recorded at 7.5 million hryvnias.
However, the residence is located in one of the capital's elite residential complexes — Tetris Hall 2. According to market estimates, the actual price of such an apartment could reach approximately 30 million hryvnias. This discrepancy resulted in the family's expenses on real estate exceeding their lawful income by over 23.8 million hryvnias.
In addition to real estate, NABU investigated operations involving a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser 200. According to the review data, on 1 May 2024, Nonna Bagmet's husband purchased this vehicle for just 18,517.34 hryvnias under a sale and purchase agreement.
On 26 October of the same year, the owner transferred the car as a gift to Nonna Bagmet's son, Vadym. The agency notes that the declared value of the vehicle differs significantly from its probable market price.
The circumstances identified may serve as grounds for further review of the family's assets, including the consideration of applying the mechanism of civil confiscation. At the same time, the signs of illegal enrichment established during the review are not in themselves a guilty verdict.
