Change in enemy strike tactics

Russian forces are constantly adjusting their strategy for attacks on Ukraine's energy system. Currently, the aggressor's main focus is on power transmission lines and the technical equipment of substations belonging to the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo".

This was stated by Narodny Deputy Nagornyak from the "Servant of the People" party. He emphasised that Moscow is attempting to completely isolate the left bank of Ukraine from the power supply coming from the right bank.

Scale of fire strikes

According to the parliamentarian, the enemy is deliberately striking key elements of the energy system responsible for transporting electricity between different regions of the country.

«Росія щоразу застосовує нову тактику: зараз завдає ударів по лініях електропередачі й обладнанню на підстанціях "Укренерго", яке не захищене. При цьому захистити все обладнання фізично неможливо» (Russia is applying a new tactic each time: it is now striking power transmission lines and equipment at "Ukrenergo" substations that is not protected. At the same time, it is physically impossible to protect all the equipment), Nagornyak explained.

Use of unmanned aerial vehicles

The Narodny Deputy detailed the enemy's combat methodology. He noted that to destroy a single electricity pylon, Russian forces may deploy 30–40 "Shahed" type strike drones.
