What a tragic story you have, or how STB recruits participants

Viewers of numerous show programmes on the STB channel have repeatedly noted that many participants share tragic situations from their lives. As one might guess, this is no coincidence.

Not long ago, a member of the team from the website //www.zirki.odnoboko.com attended an audition as a participant. Despite successfully passing the audition overall, the person did not make it onto the show due to the lack of a tear-jerking story and a scandalous character.

The candidate was genuinely surprised by the approach of the STB managers, who first asked «какая у Вас трагическая история» (what tragic story do you have), and after learning that there simply was none, said goodbye.

Later, the participant was explained that the channel was not interested in such heroes, as they did not have a positive impact on the ratings.
