Adviser to the President of Ukraine Dmytro Lytvyn emphasised that the Starlink system, used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is still functioning in a limited mode. This statement came against the backdrop of publications in the media reporting that the service was again available in full.

Commenting on news that the service was again available in full, Lytvyn noted in his post on the social network X that the actual situation remains stable.
