The Epstein case: declassified documents

The US Department of Justice has published 200 pages of documents related to the case of Jeffrey Epstein, a financier accused of human trafficking and sexual crimes against minors. However, contrary to expectations, the materials do not contain any new major revelations.

Flight paths, lists and "boring" paperwork
Most of the declassified information concerns flight paths to Epstein's private island and related documentation. However, the main point of public interest remained his address book, which featured prominent figures.

Stars and politicians in Epstein's contacts
Among the names that have previously been mentioned in connection with this scandal are:

• Actor Alec Baldwin
• Prince Andrew
• Ethel Kennedy (mother of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.)
• Naomi Campbell, Courtney Love, Dustin Hoffman, Liz Hurley

Despite these names appearing in the documents, it is unlikely that any of the stars will face punishment. Moreover, no significant blow to their reputations is expected either.

Trump is not on the lists
From the family of the former US president, the materials only mention Ivana Trump and her daughter Ivanka. Donald Trump and his wife were not found on Epstein's contact list, which in itself raises doubts and suspicions.
