What lies behind Alkhim's confession

A podcast featuring well-known escort Anna Alkhim was released recently, in which she revealed that she was close to suicide before the New Year.

The alleged trigger was a chance encounter with her married lover in Bukovel – Roman Mazur. Anna demanded that her lover get a divorce. According to her, this led Alkhim to drink heavily and lose the will to live.

However, a different version of events emerged on the "Baginya" forum. One participant claimed that Alkhim had humiliated herself in Bukovel and is now trying to justify her behaviour by citing a quarrel with her wealthy lover.

It is worth noting that Roman Mazur is indeed getting a divorce. However, not of his own volition. Mazur's wife, upon learning of his affair with Alkhim, filed for divorce herself.
