Constitutional Court judge's wife is LNR terrorist

According to People's Deputy Igor Mosiychuk of the Radical Party, the wife of Ukrainian Constitutional Court judge Mykhailo Petrovych Zaporozhets, who voted for amendments to the Constitution regarding the special status of Donbas, is an LNR terrorist.

На минулому тижні Конституційний Суд підтримав ініціативу Петра Порошенка, "освятивши" внесення змін до головного Закону України - Конституції. Ці зміни передбачають особливий статус Донбасу і по суті узаконення ЛНР та ДНР.
Цікаво, що серед представників поважного органу, який підтримав ці зміни був один з нелюстрованих представників луганського клану бандитів Януковича - Запорожець Михайло Петрович. 
Карколомна біографія цього персонажа дозволяє зрозуміти чому його досі не відправили у відставку і утримують на посаді. 
Отже, трудова діяльність Михайла Запорожця почалася 1985 року з помічника комбайнера. 1995 року він закінчив Національну юридичну академію України у Харкові, після чого працював старшим слідчим прокуратури Станично-Луганського району (Луганська обл.) З 1997 по 2000 роки був суддею Ровеньківського міського суду (Луганська обл.). У 2000–2002 роках - суддя Кам’янобрідського райсуду м. Луганська. З 2002 по 2010 роки – суддя Апеляційного суду Луганської області. (Last week, the Constitutional Court supported Petro Poroshenko's initiative, "sanctifying" amendments to Ukraine's main law – the Constitution. These amendments provide for a special status for Donbas and essentially legalize the LNR and DNR.
Interestingly, among the representatives of this respectable body that supported these changes was one of the un-lustrated representatives of Yanukovych's Luhansk gangster clan – Mykhailo Petrovych Zaporozhets. 
This person's outrageous biography makes it understandable why he has not yet been dismissed and is still kept in his position. 
So, Mykhailo Zaporozhets's career began in 1985 as a combine harvester assistant. In 1995, he graduated from the National Academy of Law of Ukraine in Kharkiv, after which he worked as a senior investigator in the Stanitsia-Luhanska District Prosecutor's Office (Luhansk Oblast). From 1997 to 2000, he was a judge of the Rovenky City Court (Luhansk Oblast). In 2000–2002, he was a judge of the Kamianske District Court of the city of Luhansk. From 2002 to 2010, he was a judge of the Luhansk Oblast Court of Appeal.)

У вересні 2010 року X з’їздом суддів України був призначений суддею Конституційного Суду України. Після цього Михайло Запорожець входив до списків усіх відповідних видань як один з найбагатших суддів країни. 
Значну роль у кар'єрному зростанні нашого антигероя відіграла його дружина - Ірина Запорожець. Раніше вона десятиліття обіймала посаду очільниці Головного управління юстиції Луганської області. Тобто була головним "рішалом" юридичного супроводу луганського бандформування "регіоналів" Єфримова, 
Королевської та інших. Чомусь ані СБУ, ані Петро Порошенко, ані судді конституційного суду не звертають увагу на те, що дружина цього нелюстрованого екс-регіонала зараз є впливовою особою 
у бандформуванні "ЛНР". Навесні минулого року Ірина Запорожець разом з іншими представниками бандформування "партія регіонів" увійшли до керівного складу луганських терористів. Зараз вона в терористичній організації "ЛНР" обіймає посаду "заступник міністра юстиції". Чомусь цей факт не цікавить українських правоохоронців. І я сумніваюсь, що Петро Порошенко не знає про цей факт. Гадаю, що він навпаки використовує цедля тримання Запорожця на гачку: за старі злочини, хабарі та обслуговування режиму Януковича, як і за дружину-ватницю, цинічний кондитер отримав одного з найлояльніших до себе суддів Конституційного Суду. 
Звичайно ж, що подібні до ватніка-Запорожця нелюстровані регіонали будуть видавати будь яку ахінею за "конституційну норму". Такий досвід у Михайла Запорожця вже був у 2010 році коли він та інші повії в червоних мантіях дали Януковичу змогу без перешкод узурпувати владу, що призвело до кровопролиття в країні. (In September 2010, at the 10th Congress of Judges of Ukraine, he was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. After this, Mykhailo Zaporozhets appeared in the lists of all relevant publications as one of the country's wealthiest judges. 
His wife – Iryna Zaporozhets – played a significant role in our anti-hero's career growth. Previously, she held the position of head of the Main Department of Justice of Luhansk Oblast for decades. That is, she was the main "fixer" for the legal support of the Luhansk gang formation of the "regionalists" Yefremov, 
Korolevska, and others. For some reason, neither the SBU, nor Petro Poroshenko, nor the Constitutional Court judges pay attention to the fact that the wife of this un-lustrated former regionalist is now an influential figure 
in the "LNR" gang formation. In the spring of last year, Iryna Zaporozhets, along with other representatives of the "Party of Regions" gang formation, entered the leadership of the Luhansk terrorists. Currently, in the terrorist organization "LNR," she holds the position of "Deputy Minister of Justice." For some reason, this fact does not interest Ukrainian law enforcement officers. And I doubt that Petro Poroshenko is unaware of this fact. I think that he is instead using this to keep Zaporozhets on a leash: for old crimes, bribes, and serving the Yanukovych regime, as well as for his pro-Russian wife, the cynical confectioner has gained one of the most loyal judges of the Constitutional Court to himself. 
Of course, un-lustrated regionalists like the pro-Russian Zaporozhets will pass off any nonsense as a "constitutional norm." Mykhailo Zaporozhets already had such experience in 2010 when he and other whores in red robes allowed Yanukovych to usurp power without hindrance, which led to bloodshed in the country.)

То ж, - хочу запитати відповідні правоохоронні органи та Службу Безпеки: чому у такому відповідальному органі як Конституційний Суд працює людина, дружина якого займає впливову посаду серед терористів "ЛНР"?
Буду готувати депутатський запит з вимогами пояснення бездіяльності силових структур щодо наявності агента впливу Кремля та терористів на такій впливовій посаді і вимагатиму негайного усунення Михайла Запорожця з займаної посади. (Therefore, – I want to ask the relevant law enforcement agencies and the Security Service: why does a person whose wife holds an influential position among the "LNR" terrorists work in such a responsible body as the Constitutional Court?
I will prepare a parliamentary inquiry demanding an explanation for the inaction of the security structures regarding the presence of a Kremlin influence agent and terrorists in such an influential position, and I will demand the immediate removal of Mykhailo Zaporozhets from his position.)
