Yuriy Hurskyi: Property and other signs of luxury in declaration

Acting head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Odesa Oblast and deputy head of the service's directorate in Rivne Oblast, Yuriy Hurskyi, together with his wife, Oksana Vladimirovna, filed their 2023 declaration, disclosing details of their assets and income. However, it should be noted that the value of a significant portion of the assets listed in the declaration was not disclosed.

The Hurskyi family owns several real estate properties. These include a 375 sq m plot of land in Skole (Lviv Oblast) and a 41.7 sq m apartment, in which Yuriy Hurskyi holds a 16% share. The family also owns a 439 sq m house in Lviv, while Oksana Hurska owns a 72.7 sq m apartment acquired in 2020. In addition, Yuriy Hurskyi has been renting an apartment in Lviv since July 2023.

Oksana Hurska listed a 55.9 sq m non-residential premises acquired in May 2024 in her declaration. Regarding vehicles, Yuriy Hurskyi owns two Mercedes-Benz E-320 cars, one of which was purchased for 10,000 hryvnias in October 2022, and the second for 190,000 hryvnias in August of the same year. Oksana Hurska acquired a 2022-model Tesla Model Y in 2023, the value of which is not specified in the declaration.

As for income, Oksana Hurska declared 5.43 million hryvnias from entrepreneurial activity, as well as a salary of 140,000 hryvnias received from working at two companies: Transportni Systemy LLC and Bortnianskoho 28 LLC. Yuriy Hurskyi earned 626,640 hryvnias at the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service.

The family also reported significant cash savings, including $67,000, €35,000, and 750,000 hryvnias in cash, with the majority of these funds belonging to the official's wife.
