Volunteers not allowed to leave Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Strange events have been unfolding in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast following the change of governor. Explosions, high-profile detentions of police officers, and now it has emerged that volunteers transporting so much of what is needed by the fighters in the ATO are no longer being allowed to leave the region towards Donbas.

 

«Начали заворачивать волонтёров на въезде в Донецкую область, вернее не выпустили из Днепропетровской. На блок посту сказали, что получен приказ, волонтёров не пропускать, инцидент имел место вчера, блокпост на трассе Днепропетровск-Донецк, граница области. Надеемся, что это недоразумение. Столько резонанса, за такой короткий отрезок времени, к чему бы это?», - пишет на своей странице в социальной сети Фейсбук Николай Колесник.

 

One hopes that the situation with the volunteers is indeed a misunderstanding and that the fighters awaiting supplies in the ATO will not suffer.
