For the first time in Ukraine, a driver has been temporarily banned from operating a vehicle for failing to comply with military registration rules, OpenDataBot reports.

The incident was recorded in Rivne Oblast. The restriction will remain in effect until the requirements of the territorial recruitment centre are met or until the official cancellation of this order.
