Vladimir Tokarev actively purges compromising information about himself

Former official Vladimir Tokarev is seriously concerned about the information that regularly appears about him on the internet. Compromising data could serve as grounds for the initiation of a criminal case, or perhaps more than one. To prevent the spread of this information, Tokarev is doing everything possible to have it removed.

The data concerns the former official's work at the Ministry of Regional Development and the corruption schemes in which he actively participated.

So, as of today, Tokarev owns the following companies:

·         TrastCapital Management Company LLC (hereinafter - TrastCapital MC LLC) - Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 7709844631 95%.

·         TrastCapital Trading House LLC (hereinafter - TrastCapital TH LLC) - INN 7701929996. (Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the facts of fraud and tax evasion).

·         Main Construction Investment Company LLC (hereinafter - Main CI LLC) - INN 7709611588. It is in the stage of bankruptcy.

·         GlavStroyInvest Group of Companies LLC (hereinafter – GlavStroyInvest GC LLC) – INN 7714903297. It is in the stage of bankruptcy.

·         Baltic Construction Investment Company LLC (hereinafter – Baltic CI LLC) – INN 7842390724. It was the general contractor for the performance of design works within the framework of the Investment Programme for the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of South Ossetia. It is in the stage of bankruptcy.

·         ElektrolaynPRO JSC (hereinafter – Elektrolayn JSC) – INN 7734630312. It is in the stage of liquidation. It was the general contractor for the construction of public utilities and energy facilities.

·         GlavStroyMechanization LLC (hereinafter – GlavStroyMech LLC) – INN 7714345839. It engaged in leasing. It is in the stage of bankruptcy.

·         TrastBuildingCompany LLC — INN 7701874842. It engaged in government contracts for the Ministry of Regional Development, where Tokarev worked.

·         GlavTekhnoStroy LLC (hereinafter – GlavTekhnoStroy LLC) – INN 7714933799. It is in the stage of bankruptcy.

·         SoюзStroyProekt LLC - (hereinafter SoюзStroyProekt LLC) – INN 9801019225. State investment programmes.

·         PromResourceManagement Management Company LLC (hereinafter – PromResourceManagement MC LLC) – INN 7714935147. It owned quarries, which passed into Tokarev's ownership.

·         GlavStroyInvest Group of Companies (hereinafter – GlavStroyInvest GC).

Tokarev has a rich reputation.

He started his career as an employee of the Internal Affairs Department. However, he lasted only 1 year, after which he turned to law.

In 2004, he received the position of Deputy Head of the Directorate for Economics and Budgeting of Vagonremmash JSC.

Two years later, he became Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport. In parallel, he was appointed chairman of the procurement commission for state needs, which he successfully exploited.

At the end of 2008, he received the position of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia.

In 2009-2013, he headed the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia commission for the selection of projects financed from the funds of the Investment Fund of the Russian Federation. The money went to companies under his control.

Tokarev was the curator of the Investment Programme for the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of South Ossetia for a long time. The allocated funds also went to his companies.

05.2014 – 12. 2015, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of PAO "RusHydro" - General Director of OAO "GidroOGK".

Tokarev V.A. de facto or legally owned the following firms:

All income from the activities of the aforementioned companies went into Tokarev's personal pocket.

Using his position, Tokarev lobbied for the signing of contracts with a number of state structures, one of which was the Ministry of Regional Development.

Thus, he pushed through:

·         Construction of the "Transformer substation in the Maslovka industrial park". Price - 433 644 000.

·         Repair of courtyard territories of apartment buildings, driveways to courtyard territories of apartment buildings in Voronezh. Cost - 436,000 thousand rubles, etc.

The work was carried out by ElektrolaynPRO JSC. In 2012, Tokarev completely took over the firm, re-registering it as TrastCapital MC LLC. Based on the two enterprises, the GlavStroyInvest Group of Companies was born.

Then the official bought A2 Investment Management LLC, which was financed from the state budget.
