The Verkhovna Rada has passed a bill on “default fines” from TCCs.

Parliament voted in favour of Bill No. 12093 in the first reading, which simplifies the process of imposing fines for violations of military registration rules.

The aim of this law is to strengthen liability for evading the fulfilment of military obligations.

It is worth recalling that previously, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted in favour of a 50% discount on the payment of fines for the failure to update data in a timely manner for men of conscription age.
